Wab-priest of Amen

The papyrus roll is incomplete at the beginning and probably ending at the preserved left edge. The recto shows a black‑ink vignette of the deceased adoring king Amenhotep I, who here assumes the role normally taken by Osiris, with six hieroglyphic columns above containing an offering formula in favour of the king, followed by two hieratic columns (11 lines each) with an otherwise unknown spell that ensures the free movement of the dead man and his ba, textually related to contemporary Book of the Dead manuscripts cited in the notice.

The verso carries five lines of black‑ink hieratic with chapter 30B of the Book of the Dead. A photo of this text can be found here
